Please read these Terms of Service (‘Terms’, ‘Terms of Service’) carefully before using the www.pulaupangkor.com.my website (the ‘Service’) operated by Pulau Pangkor Fish Market | YOSHIMARU (‘us’, ‘we’, or ‘our’).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


Pulaupangkor.com.my reserves the right to change and alter the prices of our wild caught seafood without any prior notice. Reason being, prices of wild caught seafood are constantly changing due to the daily supply and demand of catches from fishermen boat. However, we will always honour the price at point of sale.


Pulaupangkor.com.my sells fresh wild seafood weight (gross weight) upon arrival from fishermen boat. All seafood delivered to customers will experience a weight loss of 15 to 20% as a result of scales and gut removal. In the best interest of our customers, Pulaupangkor.com.my always seek to provide the nearest fresh wild seafood weight (gross weight) of the seafood upon customer’s order.

Reduction of gross weight:
1) Whole Fish (15 to 20%)
2) Whole Fish cut into Pieces, Slice (15 to 20%)
3) Whole Fish cut into Fillet (30 to 90%)

Products sold on Pulaupangkor.com.my are subject to availability. A full refund will be made in the event of product unavailability.


These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service changes.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.


Shipping policy


Pulaupangkor.com.my reserves the right to deliver only to the shipping address. In the event of delivery failure due to customer’s unavailability, 2nd attempt delivery will be made on the next delivery day scheduled for the week. Failure to receive the delivery on 2nd attempt, pulaupangkor.com.my reserve the right not to refund the money, and goods shall not be retrievable.

Upon receiving customers order, all deliveries are usually made within 3 – 5 days. Our dedicated executives will be in touch with customers via WhatsApp or calls to confirm the orders & delivery date. Pangkor Island Fish Market | YOSHIMARU currently do daily deliveries to Klang Valley areas and outstation area within west Malaysia.


Refund policy


Products sold are guaranteed to be fresh upon delivery.

For faulty products, kindly provide:

1) Photo Evidence
2) Documentation of purchase
3) Contact us at +6013-8881660 within 24 hours. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected supporting evidence materials and understanding the chronology of handling the product , and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
